In this two-day course you examine the workings of a live group by examining its processes. Focus is on the development of a group from its inclusion stage to the final level of cohesive affection. An effective leader demonstrates conflict and role conflict management as part of the forces requiring facilitation.

 

The High Performance Team course is an analysis of what is required to participate as a fully functioning member of a team dedicated to results.
